Shipping Policy
Blackcomb Perfumes is 100% Canadian owned & operated, and all orders are shipped from Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.
1. Order Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).
- During busy periods, sales, or new launches, processing times may be slightly longer.
2. Shipping Within Canada
- We ship to addresses across Canada.
- We offer flat rate shipping of $12.00 on orders within Canada. Free shipping is available on orders over $100, and free local delivery is available in Vancouver.
- Standard shipping within Canada usually takes 3–9 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination and carrier.
3. Shipping to the United States
- We also ship to most addresses in the United States.
- Shipping is charged at checkout.
- Standard delivery to the U.S. usually takes approximately 5–12 business days after dispatch, depending on the carrier and customs processing.
- Customs duties, taxes, and import fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer. These are not controlled by Blackcomb Perfumes and are not included in our product prices or shipping rates.
4. International Shipping (Outside Canada & USA)
- At this time, we do not offer shipping outside Canada and the United States.
5. Order Tracking
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number (where available).
- Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
6. Shipping Carriers
- We use reputable carriers such as Canada Post, USPS, and other major couriers for delivery.
- The carrier used for your order may vary depending on your location and service availability.
7. Shipping Restrictions
Because we sell alcohol-based perfumes, some restrictions may apply:
- Certain remote locations may have limited shipping options or longer delivery times.
- We comply with all relevant shipping regulations for flammable liquids and may be unable to deliver to some addresses as a result.
8. Incorrect Shipping Information
- Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout.
- Orders returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address may incur additional re-shipping charges.
9. Lost or Stolen Packages
- Once a package is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, we are unable to accept responsibility for loss or theft.
- If your package is marked delivered but you did not receive it, please check with your household, neighbours, and then contact the carrier directly. We will assist where possible.
