Our perfumes are inspired by popular luxury scent profiles and are created to offer a similar fragrance experience.

Why are your perfumes so affordable?

Our perfumes are priced fairly because we focus on delivering a premium fragrance experience without the extra costs of luxury branding, celebrity marketing, and high retail markups.

How long does it last?

Our perfumes are crafted at 25% concentration, which helps provide a richer scent and longer-lasting wear. Most fragrances typically last 6 to 10+ hours, depending on the fragrance type, your skin chemistry, weather, and where the perfume is applied. Richer oud, woody, and warm scents may last even longer.

Do you offer oud fragrances?

Yes. We offer an Oud Collection featuring deeper, richer fragrance profiles designed for those who enjoy warm, woody, and more intense scents.

What concentration are your perfumes?

Our perfumes are crafted at 25% concentration, which falls into the parfum category.

What is the difference between parfum and perfume?

“Perfume” is often used as a general term for any fragrance. Parfum usually refers to a higher concentration, which gives better depth and longer-lasting wear.

How long does parfum last compared to EDP or EDT?

In general, parfum lasts longer than Eau de Parfum (EDP) and Eau de Toilette (EDT) because it contains a higher fragrance oil concentration.

Shipping

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. We offer free shipping on orders over $100.

Where do you ship from?

All orders are shipped from Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is charged at a flat rate of $14.99. We also offer free local delivery within Vancouver and free shipping on orders over $100.

Do you ship across Canada?

Yes. We ship to addresses across Canada.

Do you ship to the United States?

Yes. We ship to most addresses in the United States.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we only ship within Canada and the United States.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery typically takes 3–9 business days in Canada and 5–12 business days to the U.S. after dispatch.

Will I get tracking information?

Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details where available.

Who pays customs or import fees for U.S. orders?

Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We accept returns of unopened, unused products in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery.

Can I return an opened perfume?

No. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used perfume bottles cannot be returned or exchanged.

How do I request a return?

Please email info@blackcombperfumes.ca with your full name, order number, item(s) you want to return, and the reason for the return.

Who covers return shipping?

We cover return shipping for eligible items that arrive damaged or incorrect.

How long will it take to get the refund?

If approved, refunds are sent to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging.
