Return Policy
At Blackcomb Perfumes, customer satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not fully happy with your purchase, we will do our best to help.
1. Eligibility for Returns
- We accept returns of unopened, unused products in their original packaging.
Returns must be requested within 14 days of the delivery date. - For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used perfume bottles cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Sale, clearance, and promotional items are final sale and cannot be returned.
2. How to Request a Return
To request a return, please contact us at info@blackcombperfumes.ca with:
- Your full name
- Order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- Reason for the return
We will review your request and provide return instructions if your item is eligible.
3. Condition of Returned Items
All returned items must:
- Be unused and unopened
- Include the original box and all packaging
- Be securely packed to prevent damage in transit
We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the product is not returned in resalable condition.
4. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email.
- If approved, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment.
- Original shipping charges, customs duties, and import taxes (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item).
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.
5. Return Shipping Costs
- If you are returning an item because you changed your mind, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping (from both Canada and the United States).
- If we sent the wrong item or the product arrived damaged, we will cover reasonable return shipping or offer an alternative solution.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@blackcombperfumes.ca with:
- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
We will investigate and offer a replacement, store credit, or refund as appropriate.
